Paris Saint Germain Football Club has a vision "Revons Plus Grand" or Dream Bigger. I lived in France on the year 80-s when they were still struggling. However, there is one thing that they always have: Dream Big, Believe in Themselves and Work Hard to achieve it. And they really did it. 

Here they are now becoming one of the biggest club in the world.

How about you? Do you dare to dream? Big dream makes other people laugh and will discourage you. My own father thought I had a fever when I told him I dreamed to go studying in Europe (I was 5 years old, raised in a small village by my father who is a modest school teacher).

But dreams will make you believe in yourself, and work extremely hard, even when noone believes in you.

So , dare to dream (extremely big dream), and work hard (much harder than anyone else) to achieve it.

We can follow these recommendations:

a) Dream bigger, set an extremely ambitious target

b) Expose yourself with new ways of thinking

c) Do It Now, do not wait for the perfect moment

d) Put your time, energy and effort

e) Surround yourself with ambitious people
