perubahan. Tak luput bagaimana kita menghadapi perubahan di tempat kerja,

Prescripition for Personal and Organizational Change" oleh David M. Noer
agar kita tidak canggung berteman dengan perubahan di tempat kerja dan
karier kita.
1--Jangan letakkan semua telur anda dalam satu keranjang organisasi. Jangan
biarkan kepercayaan diri anda dan rasa memiliki anda hanya diberikan pada
satu organisasi saja. Hal ini akan mengurangi kebebasan dan menyebabkan anda
menjadi korban pelengkap penderita saja.
2--Fokuskan kerja anda menampakkan hasilnya keluar organisasi. Layani
konsumen, bukan hanya atasan dan karier anda saja. Dengan melayani konsumen,
anda menolong diri anda sendiri dan organisasi anda. Menyenangkan atasan dan
bermain politik kantor mungkin melicinkan karier anda, tetapi itu hanyalah
cara kuno yang tidak sehat.
3--Sesuaikan siapa diri anda dengan apa yang anda kerja, bukan dimana anda
sedang bekerja. Siapakah diri anda bukan dimanakah diri anda bekerja. Rasa
percaya diri dan identitas anda jangan hanya diletakkan pada hubungan
organisasi. Hal ini menyebabkan anda menjadi korban tetap suatu hubungan
kerja.
4--Temukan pekerjaan yang menyegarkan jiwa anda. Anda akan mendapatkan
kekuatan, kegembiraan dan produktivitas yang luar biasa bila nilai-nilai dan
misi pribadi anda seirama dengan pekerjaan anda.
5--Bangunlah hubungan antar sesama yang saling mendukung. Kita semua
melakukan lebih baik saat kita memiliki rekan yang dapat memberikan nasehat
dan umpan balik, dukungan dan semangat. Orang yang dapat membantu anda
terdapat di dalam dan luar organisasi anda.
